Quotes and authorization

A website request starts a conversation about your vehicle. A final scope, price and schedule depend on inspection and material selection. Authorize the written scope before work begins. Additional work requires your approval.

Reservation payments

Checkout shows the reservation amount for your selected services before you submit. It is applied to approved work and is not the final total for the installation. Pay in store submits a request without an online charge. An online payment is confirmed only after the provider and website report success.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Contact the shop before cancelling or changing your request. Any service-specific deposit, cancellation or rescheduling conditions must be stated in your written scope before you authorize the work. A website request alone does not authorize additional work or undisclosed charges.

Warranty details

Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer and installation scope. Ask for the written coverage, exclusions and claim procedure before approving work. Website previews and general service descriptions do not create a separate lifetime warranty.

Appearance and vehicle condition

Screen settings, lighting, vehicle geometry and film batches affect appearance. Wrap Lab is a planning preview; confirm the physical film sample and inspect existing vehicle condition before approving work.

Window tint

Tint suitability depends on the vehicle, window, existing glass and applicable law. A preview percentage is not a statement that a configuration is road legal. Review the New York DMV tint requirements and confirm the installation scope with the shop.
